Electronics engineering in Kyaukse Technological University offers Bachelor of Engineering Degree for Electronics.

Department of Electronic Engineering, Technological University (Kyaukse) was established in 1999. It has 400 undergraduate students who are learning First year to Sixth year respectively and provides Undergraduates Electronic Engineering Students.

To become a recognized University by offering engineering education and research opportunity to produce competent engineers who are able to communicate effectively and conduct ethically in their professions.

Mission


► To disseminate scientific and engineering knowledge and skills with the integration of humanity and social science, leadership, team building and engineering ethic across curriculum

► To promote the practice of multi and interdisciplinary, flexible researches that reflect the needs of society by collaborating with engineering institutions, industries and research centers for the teaching/learning and research development

► To be responsive to the learning and development needs of all students and staffs with the principles of inclusivity, equality and diversity throughout the institution

► To create the link with engineering institutions and industries to offer the greater job opportunity to graduates

► To be accredited the engineering programs by Engineering Education Accreditation Committee (EEAC) representing Myanmar Engineering Council (MEngC)

Programme Educational Objectives (PEO)


PEO1: Produce engineer who can apply the engineering knowledge and skills, complex problem-solving skills and critical thinking in electronic engineering practices.
PEO2: Nurture engineer who can apply effective communication, management, teamwork and leadership skills in electronic engineering and multi-disciplinary environment.
PEO3: Foster development of an engineer who adopts ethical and moral behavior considering safety, environment and sustainable development for professional careers in electronic engineering, and is committed to professional excellence through life-long learning.

Programme Outcomes


Upon completion of the programme, students will be able to:
an ability to apply the knowledge of mathematics, sciences, and fundamentals of electronic engineering to the solution of complex electronic engineering problems;
an ability to identify, formulate and solve complex electronic engineering problems;
an ability to design solutions for complex electronic engineering problems and design systems, components or processes to meet desired needs within realistic constraints such as environmental, societal and safety consideration;
an ability to conduct investigation into complex electronic engineering problems using research-based knowledge and research methods including design of experiments, analysis, interpretation and synthesis of data to give proper conclusions;
an ability to employ necessary techniques, hardware and modern software tools for complex electronic engineering applications;
an ability to apply the contextual knowledge to assess societal, health, safety and cultural issues and endure the consequent responsibilities relevant to the professional engineering practice;
an ability to understand the significance of sustainable development and impact of professional engineering solutions in societal and environmental contents;
8. an ability to apply the professional and ethical responsibility;
an ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form on complex engineering activities with the engineering community and with society at large;
